Location: Kyiv, UA (Unit.City - Innovation Park)

We’re looking for a skilled Building Energy Modeler to join our team and support high-performance building design using tools like eQUEST, IES VE, Pollination, and WUFI.

Key Responsibilities:
-  Create and analyze energy models for buildings.
-  Prepare clear technical reports and recommendations.
- Evaluate design options for energy efficiency and certifications (LEED, Passive House, etc.).
-  Manage project scope, timelines, and quality.
-  Collaborate with clients and internal teams.
-  Improve modeling workflows and templates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in thermal power engineering, energy efficiency, building physics, or HVAC.
-   English proficiency of at least B1 (Intermediate).
- Solid understanding of building construction, energy-use principles, and engineering systems.
-   Ability to read technical drawings (AutoCAD, Revit).
-   Strong analytical and communication skills.
-   Self-motivation and a proactive approach to learning.

Preferred Qualifications:
-  Experience with tools like eQUEST, IES VE, Pollination, WUFI.
- Familiarity with certification systems (LEED, Energy Star, Built Green, Passive House).
-  Basic scripting skills (Python, Grasshopper, VBA, etc.).
